Return policy for business customers

  • Return policy

    Most products come with a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Conditions for returns

    To initiate a return, kindly obtain a return number from our customer service. When reaching out, please have your order number ready for identification purposes. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping

    You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Damaged or defective products

    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly. 

  • Returns without RMA number

    Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.

Returns and right of withdrawal for consumers

  • How to exercise your right of withdrawal

    To withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

    You may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the form on this page or by otherwise clearly informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

    Once we have received your notification, we will send a confirmation of receipt to the email address you have provided. Our customer service team will contact you shortly.

  • How to exercise your right of withdrawal

    Once we have received the returned goods we will refund the amount paid for the goods in accordance with applicable legislation.

    Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products under applicable legislation, such as goods that have been manufactured or customised according to the consumer’s specific requirements and cannot reasonably be resold to another customer.

    If a product is exempt from the right of withdrawal, this will be stated in the product information or during the ordering process.

Return an item or withdraw your order

Return process

  • 1. Initiate the return

    Contact our customer service team using the contact form or give us a call to start the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. 

  • 2. Authorization

    Upon approval, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. 

  • 3. Packing the item(s)

    Securely pack the item(s) with all original accessories and mark them with the RMA number.

  • 4. Shipping

    Use a trackable shipping method to return the package to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. 

  • 5. Inspection and refund

    Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
