Extension springs are designed to provide a specific pulling force when extended to a certain length. This particular variant of extension springs, with turnable loops, is designed to maximize the use of the spring's extendable length (Ln) without the risk of loop breakage. Extension springs with a swivel loop are made with hardened steel loops that are coned at the spring ends.
