At Lesjöfors, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. 

Return policy 

Most products come with a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Conditions for returns 

To initiate a return, kindly obtain a return number from our customer service. When reaching out, please have your order number ready for identification purposes. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. 

Return shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged or defective products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly. 

Return process

  • Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team using the contact form or give us a call to start the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. 
  • Authorization: Upon approval, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. 
  • Packing the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) with all original accessories and mark them with the RMA number. 
  • Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method to return the package to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. 
  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.  

Returns without RMA number

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
