Shipping & Delivery 

At Lesjöfors, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner. Below, you will find essential information about our shipping policies and delivery options: 

Shipping methods 

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard or express shipping. 
  • When you have a business account with Lesjöfors you may also choose to ship on your own account with preferred shipping forwarder. Contact customer service for more information.  
  • During the checkout process, you will have the possibility to select the shipping method that best suits your timeline and requirements. 

Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day they are placed.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are determined based on factors such as order weight, destination location and preferred shipping method. We provide pricing during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm shipping costs before finalizing your order.  

Delivery time

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and the nature of your order. Standard shipping typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, while express options offer faster delivery. If items are out of stock, delivery may take up to four weeks, or longer in exceptional circumstances. Contact customer service for specific information.

Stock levels & lead times

  • In-stock articles (Green marker): For readily available articles, we display the quantity in stock so you know exactly what’s on hand. You can also place an order for quantities that exceed our current stock levels.
  • Articles with estimated lead times (Orange marker): For articles not currently in stock, we provide an estimated lead time to help you plan your order accordingly. In most cases, we can ship faster than the estimated lead time.
  • Out of stock (Red marker): Occasionally, we’re unable to display lead times for certain articles, which are marked as out of stock. However, you can still place an order for these articles, including those that may not have enough stock to fulfill your entire order.
  • On-demand articles (Grey marker): Some articles are available on demand. You can request these directly through our shop, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with placing the order.
  • Customer support: If any article in your order becomes unavailable, our customer service team will promptly reach out to provide an update and assist as needed.

Partial delivery option

For added convenience, we offer a partial delivery option for our registered business customers! Here’s how it works:

  • Flexible delivery choices: You can opt for a full delivery once all items are in stock, or split your order into two shipments with a partial delivery.
  • Payment requirement: To utilize the partial delivery option, payment is only accepted by invoice at checkout.
  • Shipping options: If express shipping is available, it will only apply to the first shipment. The second shipment will be sent via standard delivery.
  • Delivery timing: Choose your timing! You can have the first partial delivery shipped according to the specified shipping dates (standard or express if available) or postpone it to a later date that suits you.
  • Invoicing: You’ll receive two separate invoices, one for each shipment. The total shipping cost for both deliveries will be included in the first invoice.  

Own freight agreement

  • As a customer, you have the option to use your own freight agreement for deliveries. To do this, we need information about which carrier you have an agreement with, as well as your agreement number with the current carrier. Once we have registered your carrier and agreement number in our business system, we will notify you. Your choice will then be pre-selected when you shop in our online store. Of course, you can still change to other shipping options we offer when placing your order. Please send your details to the following email address: [email protected].

  • We proudly serve clients worldwide, offering international shipping to select destinations. Currently, our online shop is available in the following countries:

    • Sweden

We are continuously expanding our online store to additional locations. If your country is not listed, you can still purchase Lesjöfors products.   • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
